PSU - Kentucky Citrus Bowl Official Game Thread

If it's a fumble I'm not sure we could fall on it.

lol

despite all the evidence to the contrary in today's game, it's too early to give up on the team, IMHO. there's still time, but they have to start scoring points on drives.

It's tough to recruit or develop the type of aggressive play that Kentucky is displaying today.

His legs have been the offense. Unless Clifford is gonna start picking up first downs with his legs, or the wide receivers stop dropping it, the offense is in more trouble than it was before.
Maybe if he didn't spend the first quarter throwing fastballs at receivers' knees we wouldn't be trailing? I

The bad part is Franklin is going to leverage the PSU administration for more cash$$$$$$, and he will get it.

Our playcalling on offense does not recognize our weaknesses. The pocket collapses and we don't pick up stunts and blitzing. So, what do we do? Run everybody deep.

Clifford is an elite passer but it won't help if he has no time and nowhere to go with the ball. Someone like Stevens would keep the defense a little more honest.

Our playcalling needs to match the personnel. We haven't been doing that.

And it was good for Brown to get tossed. He's been undisciplined all year. Maybe this will get him to "use his head" in the right way.

Not condoning the personal penalties, but they happen, especially with younger players. It's just they hurt more in games like this where we've already had so many self inflicted issues

At least when we lost to USC in the Rose Bowl, it was fun. This is painful to watch. As pitiful a bowl game we’ve played in recent memory. Sorry to see Trace go out on this note.
