Been this way all season. The right side of the line routinely misses blocking assignments. 66 is not NFL ready.

As for the ball spot on last series, yea he caught it passed the mark, but was coming back for the ball. The point of the catch in that case is not considered "forward progress" since the defender did not drive the ball carrier back. It was a good spot.
