Penn State averaging 3.8 yards per play but has turned two Iowa turnovers/miscues into points so far. 10-0 Nittany Lions lead.

It seems like we’re trying to hide something or be clever when they should be hitting the gas.
Allar needs to be more decisive but the plays have to come faster. Gotta be five times so far they needed to go fast a spent ten extra seconds fooling around.

Horrendous playcalling. Throw the damn ball. They cant handle our passing game yet we run up the middle for max 3 yards. Non stop. We run on every 1st down.
Allar is 12-for-15 so far tonight for 83 yards and 1 TD.

We have to run to be successful. We aren't in any danger of losing this game. We need to continue to work of establishing the run for the next 3 weeks because we'll need it after that to have any chance
Iowa has a great D but a lot of this seems to be desperation by Yurchich when there is no reason for it. And a lack of execution. Need more upfield throws on 1st. Even off play action.
He is calling a conservative game betting that Iowa will not be able to move the ball on offense. Not flashy but it is working.
