Wilkes Open

Well Beard look great with four tech falls , I wonder if he is going to the scuffle. Also is rby ever going to get back points , a weak field and no much but take downs.

Jerod scored "16" in the matches??? We need that more often.

Interesting that they let Meredith/Shunk and Hall/Edsell happen but not Meredith/Schnupp

Talked to several friends that attended, as I was unable. True, the competition at the tournament wasn't top-tier, but the tournament was run well and the logistics good.
-- All parked right next to the gymnasium.
-- Senior and child entrance was $5 each
-- Good seats, though cozy, and since they were bench seats, they did get a bit hard after a whole day of sitting
-- Six mats, easy viewing to all
-- $1 waters (who does that any more?), and pizza at noon for concessions
-- Tough to follow, as there were times when up to 4 Penn Staters were wrestling at the same time, not uncommon in tournaments
-- PSU guys came to compete!
-- Cody and Cael were there, and Cenzo was in the corner for many of the redshirt's bouts

Cenzo went too? That guarantees everyone had a great time. :). Great teammate.
