Shane Grifith?

With all the women chasing him, he needs the best doctor, with the best assistants, to type in those Viagra prescriptions with no errors whatsoever. :)
Man, half of this post is so accurate, and the other half couldn't be more wrong!

10 pounds of pure muscle in 6 months isn't happening unless the kid is growing.
While a 400 pound bench is nice, concentrate instead on squats, deadlifts and some sort of clean movement. Anything that incorporates as many large muscle groups as possible.
The stomach is the largest muscle group and I've put on 10 pounds easy..........

Case squats, 12 oz curls, pizza toss and a solid cardio workout of 3 miles driving to the store. Of course now that the weather is nice, I will do some major cutting, with the tractor.

I can tell you from another source there might be big changes in the PSU line up at 157, 165, and even 197 if some of the things work out that have been discussed. There are a few alpha moves in the works that may not come to fruition, but if they do, look out. There could be more than a few shockwaves in college wrestling in the next several weeks
Few believed this comment in late March, but there is a serious chance that Dean isn't the last significant move before the end of summer. There are a couple of other moves in the works that would be considered solid additions. If everything goes through, come January, there could be two more faces in the line up that aren't rostered right now.

Nostradamus sounds like a genius after the fact when we choose to interpret his vague predictions to fit our observations.

Or you could just go on 247 and listen to the insider who says there is another high profile guy in the works. Who knows and Cael will do what Cael does.

Ughhh great we will not only have speculation now throughout the summer what our roster will be, but now it sounds like we will be speculating up until the second semester

This, appreciate you sharing earlier .... I didn't buy Cael would explore a 197 transfer and here we are. The smoke is all there, Cael wants no weaknesses in his lineup next year. If it's kids on his roster right now, great but he wants his team to know they have to earn it next year and he does not plan to finish 2nd to Iowa next year.

Jesse Dellavecchia at 157 could be an option, yes?

The guy took 2nd at NCAAs and has a year of eligibility. Purportedly not going back to Rider.
I joked about this when he announced he retired and then Flo followed up by suggesting it also. It actually does make a ton of sense. He is from NY (went to school in NJ obviously), would be a 1 year guy at a huge position of need and gets a PSU Masters to top off his Rider degree. Cael would obviously tell him look how good you were training at Rider, come here, get coached by Casey, scrap with our guys and you will be the National Champion.

Does Cael actually go for this? Who knows but let's be honest, I imagine he has thought about it.

Jason Nolf, Vincenzo Joseph and Bekzod aren't terrible training partners, either.

And, all due respect to the Rider wrestlers and staff that helped him along the way to 2nd at NCAAs, but Casey + NLWC guys could turn that 2 into a 1.

Look at the bright side. There will way too many threads exploring all the options which will lead us into discussing vacations in Iceland, cheesecake and other topics worthy of enlightenment.

The season is about winning. The offseason is about learning.

My crystal ball - the team will be stronger than last year's even with the very same lineup, granted a Claw for Berge swap.

Everything else is just icing on a very tastey cake

Maybe that’s only what they want us to think? I hope you’re right.

Just a guess. I would think they would decide shortly. Maybe if Women’s wrestling becomes more mainstream, some men’s programs might be resurrected. Could be win-win all around—as long as the money is there.

I don't think women's wrestling is in play at this time, but rather issues regarding potential reinstatement of all of the 11 cut sports.

But what if we get Delavecchia AND Carr??
