This is the 4 I want. In addition to Winston who is inevitable. If we do get Clemons I gotta imagine Driver plays safety
The finish with these 4......that will be the most exciting final push I have seen. The July run is already unprecedented.
Agreed. Certainly way more talented prospects out there with high PSU interest than we are going to realistically have spots for. Will be fascinating to see who else ends up part of this class.
I read the same thing about Wagner and OSU around 2 to 3 weeks ago, For whatever reason - none was given - just not a good fit for either
I really want Barham but I think we end up getting Carter unless something changes. Carter coming to Lasch Bash so the staff could push him to commit with spots filling up. Wagner seems more possible with OSU out of the way but still would have to battle ND and Kentucky. I think the staff will have a spot saved for Clemons until he makes a decision unless we make major traction with Greene.
Makes you extremely glad that you are not responsible to block him.

In my mind the epitome of a Penn State player is a gentleman off the field and an animal on it. It's what I always thought separated PSU from the football factories. It's a tradition created by Joe and carried on by Franklin.

Have we ever had a recruiting month like this July has turned out so far?
I honestly don't think we have ever had a month that is close. We have had some good years, but I don't ever remember this many highly rated kids committing this close together.
That pre dates Joes tenure. Rip was a big part of that.
How in the world do you commit and de-commit within a couple of weeks of one another, unless of course your commitment in the first place was a big publicity stunt. My gut is that we will see a few more decommitments over the coming months because this "July Commitment Show" may just be a show.
Every team is going to have some de-commits, it’s frustrating but not the end of the World. America may be short of scientists, doctors and some other critical professions, but we have no shortage of football players. He either returns or the staff finds a viable replacement. Life moves on.
