Some guys are just wired that way. Consider Berge. Dude has all the talent in the world. He has a double, ankle pick, he can work from ties, yet he often settles to wrestle 3-2 type matches. Its tough because you know they can do so much more.
Yeah 2nd place is an insult, but before winning this one the hawks only managed one 2nd place in a decade

I’m a fan of the Carr family. I coached with Jimmy and Nate has always been exceptionally classy anytime I have been around him.
Manning does not get the talent that Ryan does, not even close

Metcalfe takes Carr down after the win. LOL. I've seen the wrestlers do crazy stuff to coaches, but I don't recall the coaches making a move on the winning wrestler.

Exactly what i said to my daughter. He has no more wrestlers so make up something and stall. Didn’t help as he was gassed early.
I'd like to see Griffith get the championship just to highlight the absurdity of Stanford's decision to drop wrestling.
