Where can I get the best pizza in State College?

My wife and I enjoyed the pizza at Happy Valley Brewing

Pizza Mia from Bellefonte is really good.... haven't had from their State College location though

Also good strombolis

Pizza Mia is wildly inconsistent. I stopped going there after getting more than one pie that had gooey crust.

Never had it, but their owner (Melissa) and I were pretty close at one time.

I admire the couple who own Pizza Mia for their hard work ethic, but the stuff I've had recently is flat out disgusting. It's no longer inconsistent--it's consistently horrid. The last pizza I got from there wasn't even cooked thoroughly--the dough was still wet and gooey. It was the last time I'll order from them.

Friend and I will be in town for the Michigan game and we want to go to a sit-down restaurant Friday night that serves pizza and beer. (Ha, big surprise, right?) We used to go to Highway Pizza but I'm not sure they are in business any more. Would prefer a place that serves NY style pizza. All suggestions welcome.

First Hi-way has 2 locations on N Atherton St.and W College Ave.

I prefer Faccia Luna on S Atherton St. or Faccia Luna II on E College Ave out near the Nittany Mall.
