Watched enough games and been on this board long enough to see the patterns.

Plenty of valid (and invalid) critiques about players and coaches. It's the Jimmy's and Joexs or it's the X's and O's.

Time to scrutinize every play, every player, every coach, every decision.

This is the nature of "close" losses. It's the routs that almost seem easier to pinpoint failure... when a team racks up hundreds of yards on the ground or through the air or the offense is consistent stifled.

The fact that any one of half a dozen plays could have changed the outcome is a good thing, even if it's harder to deal with.

Still frustrating as heck, but if they can address issues in even one facet of the game they likely improve considerably.

Iwhen comes to hard tight games I expect PSU to lose. Think Iowa only close game PSU came out with a win.
