When you tag people in posts, how do the folks who got tagged know? I've played around with the settings and thus far I only know I've been tagged by pretty much inadvertently coming across it in a thread. It might have something to do with my screen-reading software but I suspect that's not it, it's more likely just me not looking in the right place haha.
