Official PSU - Rutgers game thread

Well things are not looking good on the injury front already.

Lamont Wade & John Reid collide while defending Rutgers' 3rd down play. Reid went down as soon as the collision, and stayed down. Wade ran a bit, but was down after the play. smh

Hoping we don't need a Herb Brooks: "If you lose this game you'll take it to your ****ing grave" halftime speech.

Nothing easy for this team. Have to meet friends for dinner@ 6:00. Figured the game would be in hand by then. It might be, but looks bad.

That has to be called illegal hands to the face on the Rutgers QB. He never took his hand off Parsons' facemask.

This team, today, is supposed to score over 40 points to cover the spread? Yeah, that ain't happening.

This offense is just awful. No identity.

No playmakers returning assuming pat and Hamler are gone. Everyone saying next year is our year please explain how we are scoring points in 2020.

People will look back and realize that 2019 was the season make the CFP.

Rahne's got this

Just a lack of playmakers. No down the field passing game, esp. with the backup. And the line is giving Levis no time. Just need to win this game. Almost no way for it to look pretty.

I’m sure the 41 point spread was assuming Clifford would play.
No doubt, but from what we've seen so far it should have been much lower even if Clifford were playing. The line is horrible so far.

Seems at times like 50% of our receptions are tackles for a loss. Ironically the one time you'd wish they would drop the ball, they don't.
