How the hell is the rule that you just correct the clock? Does the team with the ball just receive a shot clock violation if that happens without them noticing? Pretty sure they handled that incorrectly because that makes no sense at all.

Carr should have just kept playing if he knew we were going to be penalized. If the clock is not working he has no idea for how long or how much time is truly left. BS if you ask me.
