Nassar's superior at MSU has been arrested

I think she's giving you the malocchio there, Dem. Or as we say in Pittsburgh, 'the malook'.

blah, blah, blah.... in hindsight he wishes he would have done more. Ex governor is presiding over the hen house. Sure, a lot will get done. Can you imagine if Corbett was installed as interim PSU president? The bloody MSU president who ran and hid with her golden parachute should be prosecuted to the fullest, especially knowing how she condemned PSU.

What planet are we on that the conference teams up to curb-stomp us and steal our money, and then not one word for the disgusting spartans? NOT ONE WORD! We need to send MSU an invoice for our stolen bowl money. With interest!

Piss on this lying, cheating, thieving, garbage conference.

Institutional.

A culture of putting the brand before basic human decency. Perhaps it's time for the AAU to intervene.
Powerful stuff. Words cannot describe how this embitters the PennStaters who have watched in agony as our University was pilloried for something IT did not do, only to see people who DID DO IT skate by with nothing. So far, MSU is the Second Mile of this story.

Hey Lou Anne

Wouldn’t you call that pervasive?!
As well as purposeful and premeditated. Good 'ol Simon. She was so broken up about Nassar being a predator that she claimed she couldn't find time in her busy schedule to personally watch the victims speak in court. After taking some heat over that, she managed to get to the courtroom and sit in the back row for an hour or so.

It's not possible for anyone in the MSU administration to be a musician. Their collective tone deafness is astounding.

This is sooo frustrating. This MSU thing is a complete dumpster fire with several participating and covering up everything from child sex, to child porn, to assault. And this goes from coaches up through senior administrators. In other words, commission. Contrast that to PSU, where the only crime (potentially) was omission.

yet, one of the greatest guys in the country (Joe Paterno) gets demonized and the University gets forever damned by the press. Not to mention being lighter by at least a billion dollars when all is said and done. Meanwhile, Sparty gets some obscure local articles and the NCAA stays mum.

Everything you said is true, and all of the worst parts of it were caused by a BOT which insisted on blaming the University and its culture, then using the University's own assets to make the potentially expansive investigation stop like it was dead. Thus far, I do not see an entity like TSM being protected.

Engler is acting more like JZ than Rodney, and I think he is going to find that as bad as the PSU approach was, attacking the victims is going to be worse.

I agree with everything you said except for the "attacking the victims" part. I honestly don't know how it could be worse. And that isn't just the U, but the town and city who suffered as well. I am not for attacking the victims, but some common sense, level-setting that there are some people claiming to be victims that are not and end up diluting the real victims. So the necessary activity is to vet and question all people coming forward as victims to make sure that the true victims are addressed in the best way possible.

Perhaps you did not see this: https://www.chronicle.com/article/H...EzOXpESmVRNHpIOG1lTldMRQ#.WvXOkoeXim8.twitter

An excerpt:

In an email that was leaked to the news media, Engler’s special counsel and vice president told trustees that Lorincz was a purveyor of "false news." For good measure, she peppered her missive with scare quotes when discussing the survivors’ claims of "revictimization."

"Kaylee’s statements to the Board contained many false and inaccurate statements, which we did not publicly contradict out of an abundance of concern for the survivors who are quick to claim ‘revictimization’ or ‘shaming’ of survivors whenever they are falsely accusing members of the MSU community," wrote Carol M. Viventi, who, during Engler’s time as governor, served as his cabinet’s deputy chief of staff and legal counsel.

She's given awfully scant proof for a person calling this victim a liar. That is going to bite MSU's ass when this case is tried. After your org stood by and let her get abused, you then mock her when she claims that treating her like crap in public seems like "re-victimizing" her? I am willing to bet we hear about that in the trial against MSU.

Hillary has a new book coming out about B1G Sports Administrators and Boards of Trustees called "It Take a Village of Idiots." There is a chapter or two regarding the NCAA and the US Olympics Vomittee in the book as well.
