Wow. It's actually been moving steadily toward Penn State for several days now...from 2 (Utah) to 1.5 to 1 yesterday. And now today the latest that I saw is actually 1.5 in favor of Penn State.

Really just means some sharper money is coming in on us as the limits have been raised. Though some of it is crossing meaningless numbers, so not quite as big of a move as it may appear.

From a purely power ratings standpoint, it seems like most would have USC as a 4-5 point favorite…but USC seems to be missing more guys, and Tulane would seem to have a motivation edge.
