James Franklin's coaching style

Not seeing he is lifeless on the sideline is telling me 2 things:

1. You haven't watched a game since JFF has been the Penn state Head Coach.
2. You are somehow blinded by what may be issues within the program.

I think James Franklin is a very good coach who uses the right strategy to train his team. I think that when a coach looks down on his team, the team will respect his opinion and listen to him even in the most difficult moment, which will give them additional motivation. I like this coach so much that I decided to make a t-shirt with an inspiring slogan with his name. I'm sure my team members will appreciate it and do something similar. I noticed that our coach tries to be like James Franklin, and that's cool. You can't underestimate the merits of the coach in the team since the morale of the players is very important.
