How is that proof that the Heisman is a joke? Football is a team game and there is a lot that has to happen, outside the control of the Heisman finalist, for a team to win.

The fact that Jabril Peppers was named a finalist and Barkley was not is proof enough its a joke.
Last year's Heisman winner, Lamar Jackson, lost his bowl game this year as well.
When I was at Penn State 86-88 the State College bookstores were selling Heisman Graveyard signs and shirts with the names of the Heisman winners that Penn State had beaten.
