My understanding is that there are no firm rules but the focus is on Big Ten Duals then possibly other Big Ten matches and then overall.

LMAO, please list all the times the homer-ten has penalized the undefeated, multi-time champ (riding a Nation leading 63 match wiwin streak - no one else in same zipcode) for skipping a match??? How many matches did Snyder skip? Your notion that Starocci can't miss a match due to illness without losing his #1 seed is beyond amusing.

Carter's seed matters even less than our opinions of it.

For reference: Snyder was the 2 seed behind Coon at B10s in his SO year. Snyder had wrestled only 3 total matches -- not exactly comparable to Carter.
