Brooks hit with a stall warning 34 seconds into the match. After last year's match between Brooks and Hidlay I find that extremely humorous.
He’s definitely a stud but as of now I think Nagao is better. Could have some battles in the next few years
Hidlay should be allowed to start the match OOB and save everybody's time watching him try to sprint off the mat. Even Jesse Delgado thinks its excessive....
Hidlay actually tried to wrestle in middle of mat tonight and he got taken down at ease..no wonder he usually hangs out on edge
Hidlay down 5-1 and still won’t leave the edge!! Opponents aren’t wrestling PSU to win, just survive
1st period showed exactly why Hidley plays the edge. 2 relatively easy TDs for Brooks. Hidley has reverted back to his old ways in the 2nd.
PSU’s QFs at 174 and 184 were a little easier than I thought they’d be. Good; my heart and voice needed the break.
Hidlay stood zero chance against AB. Stall tactics be damned when you wrestle Aaron freaking Brooks. Smoothest wrestler in the entire field. AB 6- 3 domination!
Absolute clinics put on by AB and Starocci. So ****ing impressive

Even though Brooks put Hidlay in that position, he still refused to wrestle. Cracked me up that Hidlay spent an exorbitant amount of time wrestling from the edge and OOB, but Brooks gets called for stalling.
Fun Fact: They've cited PSU's semis record a lot but Cael has never lost a semis where our guy was the better seed (since Hendrickson is a 2 to Kerk's 3)

I wish I could get back the moments of slight nervousness I had before the 174 and 184 semis. CStar and AB made Foca and Hidley look average. The scores don’t indicate how lopsided those wins were.
