Jeezus, just watched a video about Maryland's new $150mm football facility. This is also probably the minimum a serious P5 football needs to keep up with the Jones's. BTW, wouldn't mind hiring this guy away.

The biggest problem with this facility is that it is in College Park. What a shithole.

It's amazing how little impact these gold plated facilities have. Northwestern opened the most gorgeous training complex in all of football in 2018 and the program hasn't changed at all -- trending downward if anything. Pat Fitz gets higher rated recruits but it doesn't lead to better teams. Good facilities don't hurt but it's just one of 10 things that have to get better before a program levels up.
