So no one has any updates from lift for life?

It's like it never happened or none of us went this year. I couldn't be there but when I do go usually keep tabs on who is throwing the most reps up at minimum. Not sure what all events they did this year but bench press is usually a staple although not always predictive of on the field success. Just like to know who looks the part.
