Premature Bowl Question

Grandson is big PSU fan, hopes to attend, currently Jr. in High School. Told him if PSU is in FL Bowl, I live in Naples, the whole family is coming down and we will go to the game. Is there a procedure for tickets, could probably buy on the net and sit anywhere, might be more fun to sit with the PSU group.
