Parking advice needed for PSU-Michigan game

Heading up for our first Penn State game since 2005! We will be driving in from DuBois (about 1hr NW of State College). Any advice for parking? We don't mind walking at all. Was thinking about parking at one of the downtown garages. How fast do they fill up? Are there shuttle locations off North Atherton that might be a 2nd option? Thanks in advance!

I will stick my recommendation of Locust Avenue, so you don't have to pay and you won't get stuck with the parking lots after the game.

Ro, Are you referring to Locust Lane, which runs perpendicular to College Ave? I am not familiar with Locust Avenue.
