The numbers you presented show the opposite of the bolded statement. Your Covid numbers are for nearly two full years, while each of the flu tables represents one year.
In addition, flu vaccines were available to the 0-17 age group while covid vaccines are not available for 0-12 group and just became available for 12-17.

Let us say someone complied with the vaccine requirement, however 2, 4, 6, you pick the number of months, the mandate comes to get the booster, and people decide they are not.

There's no way importing millions of people from covid hotspots and shipping them all over the country hasn't affected the transmission rates or led to more deaths. You can't even twist the mathematical models to get that answer.
