OT:kombucha

I like Kobucha, and was drinking a fair bit of it.

The problem is that it is very expensive. My wife likes it as well and we now “brew” our own Kombucha at home. We have a batch bottled in the fridge, a batch in bottles in the pantry, and a batch in bulk starting the fermenting. We make the kombucha and at the end add small pieces of fruit, wife’s favorite, or ginger with a pinch of cayenne, my favorite.

Not as much fun as brewing a good IPA, but much less work.
