MVB with 8th straight win tonight

After dropping the first set at Princeton 25-27, they came back and won the next three easily. They have already clinched the EIVA championships. Princeton was 5-1 in home matches heading into tonight's match, and is a pretty decent team. Congrats to the men's team by turning this season around after a rough start. Hope they can make some noise in the NCAA championships.

Winning the EIVA really does not mean much.

They have to win the EIVA tourney to get the EIVA bid.

Then, they need to play the 'play in' match against the winner of the new conference.

If they win that, they are in final 4.

I doubt they have the talent to win it all, but in a 2 match tourney, almost anything could happen.

Last year they lost to the eventual champ 3-1 and all of the sets were contested.
