Gravina wrestled 197 tonight, not sure what he weighed in at, but he certainly doesn't look small at 197.

Just back from the match and most of it was borderline painful to watch. Low action, close to the vest wrestling. A lot of the matches were 0-0 after the first period without any serious attempts at a takedown by either wrestler. D. Cruz was probably the most impressive Lehigh wrestler, but he couldn't manage a takedown in the last 35 seconds and didn't get the tf as a result. Parker looked hobbled by his injury. Ashnault looked like he wrestled a smart match if his team could possibly win without bonus points from him, but, boy .... Gardner and Longo won a couple of snoozers. Minotti started out like a house on fire and then faded and wound up lucky that the refs missed obvious backpoints or he would have blown the major in a late reversal allowed.

Pagano looked like he was just better than Preisch. He tossed Preisch with a headlock and wound up getting four points total after Preisch was on his back for probably 10 seconds.

Goodale tried to get fancy and wound up with a snoozer loss at 184. Gravina looked to struggled with Haas' size at 197. Had a cradle locked up several times and lost it because he couldn't keep it locked. Hwt. was exactly what you would have expected. Ice forming.

We get spoiled watching Penn State wrestle.

If it stopped now, I think it looks like this, seeding wise for the dance:

Nick 2
No rep
Jimmy 8
Zain 1
Jason 1
Cenzo 4
Mark 4
Bo 2
Cutch 8
Nick 3

That is going to be very, very, VERY hard to top in St Louis.

With Realbuto and Epperly only having 1 loss I guess a 2 loss Big10 champion mark hall could be the 4th seed
