Is Blake Gillikin Penn State's best punter ever?

We saw what a difference having Blake Gillikin as our punter last year compared to the few years prior to that and his value in helping turn around field position for the Nittany Lions. Is Gillikin on his way to becoming Penn State’s all-time best punter? Is he that now?
 
Jeremy "pop a booner" Boone was really good. They are both actually averaging 43.1 yards a punt which is crazy. I think Gilikin will certainly surpass that.

Yes. Not only can he boom it, he has also been good at placing the ball inside the 10.

Bob Parsons who was recruited as and played some quarterback for PSU punted for the Bears for 11 years from ‘72 - ‘83.

Not yet. When it's all said and done? Wouldn't be surprised. He's already the best I've seen at kicking it inside the opponents' 20 yard line.
