Someone help me out with this guy!!! I have been working out since the 70's, TRAINED and compete for MANY years. I know very few men who ever were 250 and the ones I did know were very LARGE individuals!!! Most of the men I know today who are that big and muscular are on PEDs by the way and that number is very small!!!
