Not always. They are only called in favor of OSU half the time. The other half they are called against their opponent.

Maybe against Purdue the refs will allow them to kick a field goal three seconds after the play clock expires.

Or a ball that bounces of the turf a completion or and other ball hitting the turf and interception after everyone in the stadium and millions at home watching can see hit the ground but the replay booth could not get the replay somehow.
