Oh bullshit...it’s easy to be a great “game day coach” when you have better players than everyone else. Most D-1 coaches could win with this Bama team....they couldn’t recruit it, but they could win with it.

Your right, the O$U players are scrubs and coaching doesn’t matter, player development doesn’t matter, preparation doesn’t matter, game management doesn’t matter, clock management doesn’t matter, etc.

OSU has good players but they’re not nearly as good a team as Bama and no one else is either. All those things you list are important, but not as important as who has the better players and when they’re a much better team, it covers up a lot of mistakes. Saban’s clock management at the end of the half, by the way, was terrible, but they still won.
