2024 Olympic Trials match and discussion thread

Tons of people have wrote him off and even think he could transfer out. He’s obviously better in freestyle but that’s a nice win over Levi
I don't think many people have written him off as much as just recognized that there will be a log jam and someone is not going to have a starting spot. I think he'll get the spot at 174 next year while Sealey and Ryder RS, but after that, who knows what happens. If people say they think Facundo will beat out Sealey, is that "writing off" Sealey? They're both high AA caliber wrestlers.

Shapiro teched. Super surprised. He's not invincible in FS, it seems.

The individual mat announcers know absolutely nothing about the sport of wrestling. Shame on you Peacock. They saved themselves though with Shane on the quad mat call.
Not true. one of the mats the guy sounds like he knows his stuff. There is one mat where the guy is absolutely clueless though.

Don't see any mention of it. Anyone else having weird sound issues on the quad mat thing? Keep getting this choppy/static noise periodically. Getting it on a Google and an Apple device so was hoping people could help me narrow down if it's a me thing or an us thing. Thanks.

Nick trying to coast to the end. I don't love it, but wrestling is hard.
