I think most of his CBs are Michigan State, HOME OF THE WORST SCANDAL IN COLLEGE SPORTS HISTORY.
Dobbs is built more like a LB, than an offensive lineman... doesn’t appear to be much bad weight there.
Top DB targets eyeing recruiting conclusion
There are more than a few names to know on Penn State's recruiting board in the secondary, but perhaps the most consistent two of late have been Marquis Wilson and Tyler Rudolph.
Fittingly, then, both have set a timeline to make a verbal commitment.
Wilson, a four-star athlete who could play corner or safety but probably the former in college, declared recently that he will take all five official visits this spring before making a decision sometime before his senior season begins.
The ability to do so, of course, is thanks to the new NCAA recruiting rule that allows for juniors to take all-expenses paid trips between April 1 and June 26. Penn State is expected to earn one of his quintet, and the Lions are right in the thick of things for the 6-foot, 175-pound prospect after he visited campus earlier this year.
As for Rudolph, the Waterbury, Conn., safety is also a four-star with Penn State heavily in the running. He revealed to Land of 10's Tyler Donahue recently that he will officially visit Penn State for the Blue-White game the weekend of April 20-22, and he plans to announce his choice in June.
Speaking specifically about the Lions, Rudolph told the outlet: "Everything; with them it just feels like a family. The amount of love they show is crazy."
Penn State will be showing many prospects attention on Blue-White weekend, as the new visit window is expected to bring a flock of official, and of course the typically large list of unofficial visitors, to campus for the spring scrimmage.

Players that our new RB coach had evaluated, the staff if filtering through and offering the one's that may fit at PSU..... Seems that the effort in FL will be somewhat more proactive going forward....
He's not wrong about the slow start though. Hopefully CJF and crew are just taking their time to reel in some trophy fish...
Most likely because teams like Ohio St , Georgia, and similar teams follow JF offers , and counters. I think of Justin Fields last year, and the fact that PSU players did outstanding in the combines.
It think it has more to do with official visits being allowed earlier in the process for the first time with this class. Several of these targets plan to take all five official visits and make their decision before the end of the summer. In previous years, kids couldn't start taking their official visits until the fall.
Looks like a really good group will be on campus this weekend.
Didn't PSU recruit an Isaac DE from NY that ended up at ND a few years ago? If so, maybe this is his younger brother. Was it the year Barnes came to PSU?
2019 Defensive End Adisa Isaac
The Brooklyn defensive end has been one of the hottest prospects in the Northeast this offseason. Penn State offered in February and he’ll take his second trip to Happy Valley this weekend. Isaac has also picked up offers from Florida, LSU, Michigan, Texas A&M, Virginia Tech and others.
You might be thinking of Ishaq Williams; many thought we were in the best position until ND coaches showed up at his house in the wee hours of the morning the day he'd planned to visit PSU.

Would like to see a big splash for the next verbal, someone to really open the flood gates up. Not that the 2 in hand aren't good recruits. But I'd love to see a top 50 guy jump on board and be that vocal leader that recruits a few more himself.
Zach Harrison taking spring break trip south to Clemson and UGA. Will be visiting the Happiest of Valleys in April. Sorry, not sure of the weekend.

Just my opinion but I think we have no chance with Mr Harrison. If he leaves Ohio he's headed down South..Really hope I'm wrong.
