Woof. Just saw the list of recruits Pitt is bringing in for their big prime time, sell out game.

A friend wanted a FB scholarship from WVU out of high school, but ther weren’t interested. He attended a Temple home game against WVU so he could try to sneak over and talk to their coaches. He ended up at Marshall during their 1AA days.

Narduzzi perhaps doesn't want his more highly sought after recruits to see his team experience a crushing defeat. He's waiting to bring them in for a game against Saginaw State.

Julian Fleming, the #1 2020 WR, #3 overall recruit is following us and attending the Pitt game. He was at the opener and will be at the Whiteout as well at the end of the month. Couldn't find any evidence of him ever visiting Pitt before.

Do we assume David Bell and Curry are an either/or proposition and first one to pop gets the spot? Anyone think we can find space for both if they both want in?

Keaton Ellis #3 with a nice interception return for a td (called back on a hold). Receiving td as well. Game online wjactv.com. Looks like a very good athlete.

Ellis with another receiving td. Doubt he’ll see much action the second half.

With the strange rash of injuries right before the season I'd think the staff has an extra schollie or two floating sround.

Ohio State verbal took a visit to Virginia Tech this weekend. So far, looks like the Urban Leyer fiasco has robbed them of recruiting momentum. "Communication breakdown" is he didn't tell OSU staff he was taking visits.

Andrew Ellis STAFF 18 HOURS AGO

And I think the Nester/VT thing is worth watching for sure. I know he had mentioned in the past that he may take other visits but there could have been a bit of a communication breakdown between he and the staff on this one.

Anyone else surprised about the Porter announcement? He didn't seem to be that near on the radar, at least of the conversational kind. Whatever, he looks like a real good prospect. It may signal the end to defensive back recruitment.
