20 infected out of 1400 attending? Not sure this isn't within the statistical probability for the general population.
A) That's so far. 20 of 1400 so far.
B) And those 20 may have spread it to a number of people before they knew they tested positive.

38 out of 130 attendees confirmed positive, with only 54 being tested (70% positive rate).
they really mean to say "due to low revenues, ,,,winter championships...."
