Definitely Rutgers, another one for the good guys in the biggest interstate rivalry in all of college athletics

For it to be a signature win, does Franklin have to sign the game ball?

If I get Franklin's autograph, can I call that a signature win?

The OSU victory over U-M did not surprise me.

As the thread I linked proves, back in January 2018 I thought the B1G East coaches ranked as below:

(1) Urban Meyer
(2) Dantonio
(3-4) Franklin and Harbaugh at nearly the same level
(5-7) IU, Maryland and Rutgers' coaches, whoever they are, all irrelevant.

The 2018 football season provided little evidence for me to change that opinion.

well, dantonio want 3-5, 9-4, 6-7 his first three years (without sanctions). Recently, he had a 3-9 season and is 7-5 this year.

I agree, Meyer is the best coach in the B1G by far. After that, it is a toss up between UM, MSU and PSU. There is some good coaching going on at NW, Wiscy, Purdue and Minny too. They just have a lot of headwind against them.

What about signature loss? Would that be tOSU v Purdue? Michigan getting embarrassed by tOSU?
