When will Fina get busted for a sham prosecution of C/S/S? Recall this article that talks about Spanier's suit against the prosecutors. It was written in April 2014. Anyone know where this case sits currently?

Just about everything out there is awaiting a judgement. Must be part of the plan to allow as much time as possible to pass before anything controversial to be ruled upon.

Totally agree. This is beyond ridiculous at this point. It is like they are hoping a meteor strikes the earth so they don't have to make any rulings. Something tells me the word "speedy" in the Sixth Amendment meant less than FOUR years!
