The University should absolutely honor Paterno in a prominent way. I don't necessarily favor naming the stadium (or field) after him as the manner to do so, but something on that scale is well past time to be done. Hopefully, leadership finally does the right thing to acknowledge and celebrate the massive positive impact Paterno has had on our university.

No. They shouldn't name the field after him nor celebrate him in any way. These idiots lost their chance for it to have any real meaning. Unless there is a full mea culpa, I say to hell with them.
I vote for renaming Curtin road Paterno Way.

To keep all the idiots away! No fans who truly believe all the lies about Joe would dare come to a game named after some one the truly believed was a pedophile, so we could fill the stadium with PS fans . Imagine not having to put up with OSU, Michigan, MSU fans , etc
