IMO, they would need to implement some sort of entity to resolve disputes between the conferences, no?

I think that would be ideal otherwise it could get ugly but who knows what the plan is. I don't think either want to be controlled.

Sure...they seem relatively happy with how things work in their world as long as everyone else stays out of it. Basically same here.
