Purdue holds onto coach

Drove through campus at West Lafayette and Louisville two summers ago. Talk about opposites. At Purdue, you could see that they poured a ton of resources into their academic facilities, such as their business school and engineering department. At Louisville, the place was like a junior high carnival. All the money was dumped in athletic facilities while the academic side was a wasteland. Good to see Purdue step up.

I've heard it looks totally different since. They are in the process of investing 2.2 billion dollars into academics, buildings, dorms, industrial parks, ect.
