Offsides

Are you saying second guy from the top? I don't see hi hand on the 25-yd line. As the other poster above stated, his head is back and tanget to the line.
His head is clearly beyond the white line in that photo and the picture isn't even looking down the line.

That simply is not true - there is nothing "clear" about what you're claiming. The only person whose head is "clearly" beyond the white line is the Center! Because the Center's head is well past the white line, it "crosses" with PJ's helmet which is what creates the optical illusion re: Mustipher.
 
Here’s another question on this. If the LOS is the 25 after a touchback, does the nose of the football go on the left side of the white line?

If so, the neutral zone would start at the left edge of the white line and run the length of the football backwards. If that’s the case, there’s absolutely no way we were offsides as we would have to be over the left edge of the white lane. And the offense had the ball way over the LOS - not just up in the air.

Again, not worried about the call just trying to interpret the rules.

The rules aren't that specific...generally, you put the ball in the center of the line.
