RPO works now because defenses fear Barkley and over compensate. Moorhead has a conundrum. If he keeps refusing to develop a strategy to get his TB the ball, the great ones will not come here to be decoys. Then, without a super TB it will be easier to defend the other options. He is wasting the greatest player in Penn State history.
