I've seen different times listed for all the sessions anywhere from my tickets to the link at http://www.gopsusports.com/sports/m-wrestl/spec-rel/031116aac.html to other links.
The times on the tickets seem to be an hour of from from past year's tickets. The NCAA site shows the same times as the tickets, but other school press releases are showing the normal times with day 1 starting at 11am and the other two days at 10 am like usual.

make certain other schools press releases (at schools like Iowa) are not in the Central Time Zone; 1 hour behind eastern.

I'm pretty sure the tickets are accurate. Thursday 12pm and 7pm. Friday and Saturday 11am and 8pm. As you noted, this is also consistent with: http://www.ncaa.com/championships/wrestling/d1/championships-schedule. If the tickets and NCAA site have the same time, I wouldn't get very concerned about school press releases, although I might have second thoughts about sending my son or daughter to those schools. ;) Also, it's NYC - things tend to start and end later than "normal".:D

Now, THAT is some rather timely advice! LOL!

Ticket times are start of wrestling. Door openings are 1 hour before and that is the time some sites are showing. It is confusing

To those sites, anyway. It can't be any clearer. The NCAA site says the doors open 1 hour before the sessions begin. I don't know what confusion is engendered by that.
