Lost in the noise here is that Fraudney Erickson promised the nation back in 2012 that Penn State would be a LEADER in education, outreach and eradication of the Scourge of Child Sexual Abuse.

Note that since Fraudney made that statement:

• The remaining tires have been shot out on PA Child Protective Services in all 67 counties.
• Eugene DePasquale was at the microphone yesterday speaking of 56,000 dropped calls at ChildLine and an impossibly broken CPS/CYS system in the wake of Fraudney's claims.
• Our own AG refuses to address the leadership at Second Mile - which was Ground Zero of the blast. That means that another Second Mile could very easily happen here in Pennsylvania under the watch of our own Office of Attorney General.
• Jack Raykovitz had his license to practice professionally with children renewed.
• Hundreds of Minors were abused in the shadow of Michigan State - a peer institution to Penn State.
• Dr. Jennie Noll, the director of Penn State's Network on Child Protection and Well-Being, who was hired specifically BECAUSE of the Sandusky blowback AND is tasked with spending that $12 Million of the NCAA fine, has no knowledge of Second Mile and claims it's not part of her job - because she's an academic.

No one, and I mean no one wants the tires kicked on TSM. Trucks in plain sight shredding documents (allowing claims later that records were "lost" or "stolen"). The feds won't touch them, the cowardly Commonwealth AG runs in fear and Ira and his Posse of BOT Misanthropes overpaid claimants to the tune of 3x to 5x the going rate to keep "hands off" TSM. Would one need to be a "conspiracy" buff to conclude that something of monumental proportions is being hidden?
Even if you chose to conclude that GS2 and TM had some culpability......and I don't.....its clear that Josh Shapiro had orders that convictions resulting in prison sentences were a mandate. Check the slap of the wrist that local priests received for a much greater transgression. This is enough to make Hurricane Ditka blow a fuse.

I would, at least, want to see a record indicating that the person was "treated" by Nassar. There should be a record, somewhere, of that.
