The new week's show repeats during the week.
Plus, they have also repeated previous weeks' 60 minute shows.
So, you may be able to see previous PSU matches.
So far, they have had matches from nearly all, if not all Penn State weights. Some wins, some not.
The audio is either from their professional team, or from the student announcers.

Tonight’s “Wrestling in 60” recaps the best seven matches from the past week in Big Ten wrestling, including a heavyweight match between Michigan’s Adam Coon and Rutgers’ Billy Smith. The show debuts at 10 p.m. ET with re-airs later on (see our full TV schedule here).
