Foles has not played yet in a pre-season game. They said last night that he did take reps in the 2 day scrimmages against the Dolphins but said nothing on how he looked.

No, Foles has not played at all and he's barely practiced or even thrown. They're insane if they go into the regular season with a #2 QB that has barely thrown in camp.
