I need advise on how to post tickets on the ticket thread.. Everytime I have tried in the past, the post goes on the regular site not under the ticket thread. I am missing something. Thanks so much

The only thing I can think of is you are not in the actual thread when replying. Click on thread...scroll to bottom and enter what you are wanting to say and click post reply
