We need UM to lose a game. Hopefully Iowa plays inspired. Hawkeyes started on a 7-0 run.

Iowa winning would not be an insignificant boost to our chances. It would raise our RPI by 2 spots without playing a game from 74 to 72.

If George Washington (vs Umass) and George Mason (vs Dayton) both win their games, along with Iowa, we are down to 70.

+4 without playing a game. Any small boost is significant at this point. Beating Ohio State is going to get us to 62 without any of the above results going in our favor. With them, we're at 58.

My bad, I should have noted that is the projected RPI based on probability of future games. They are from Bart Torvik.

4 wins combined in regular season or Big Ten tournament will get us into the Mid-50s.
