What's for lunch? Will you be serving Pitz?

Nah, Rostas' with scamutz.
Is Scamutz really just "Hazelton mozzarella"?

Pardon my spelling, but what Hazelton cheeses are also pronounced "toom" and "tedech"?

I'm interested in learning what these cheeses might be for inclusion in Easter Pie.

Scamutz = scamorza. I know that much. It's an actual cheese.

I don't know the others, but I'm not a Hazelton native. There's a cheese store (called the Cheese Store) in Hazelton that might be able to help you.

Finally - Hazelton to PSU!
Immediately the first thing I thought of when I read the subject..
At first I was
but NOW......

The Cheese Store !!! That place is awesome. Imported Italian aged provolone is just as good as I've had anywhere in the world. Soppreseta is fresh. They make their own stuffed peppers with prosciutto and aged provolone. All homemade ravioli. Love it !

They have one of the best Italian sausages I have ever tasted.

Anyone ever go up the road to Tarones ? Old time feel butcher shop grocery store. Their meatballs are incredible. Got a porketta there one year that was phenomenal. Brothers are getting old with no family to take the business over.
