Yeah that was a bad spot. Not half-yard line but looked like the one. He had not fully stretched his arm carrying the ball when his knee hit.

Exactly, Tarbuton knocked the ball loose but Issac is being "returned to the mat" by NW OL - no flag. Ridiculous.

Penn State outgained Northwestern 202-78 in that first half. The defense has played great, the offense has been able to move the ball but Nick Singleton's two turnovers have been costly. The weather definitely affecting playcalling in this one.
