might need to login with your email address. Think they switched from your userID for login. but I'm only guessing here...

Yeah I found a FAQ online. I tried it. Still doesn't work. Flo support called me back. Going to try and reinstall the app. If that doesn't fix it Apple support

Did you ever get it fixed? Been using the app for past year. Always flawless for me

I did. Thanks. Called Apple support. Simply restarted the appletv and I logged right in. Watched some good wrestling today on tv instead of my laptop for a change
